QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The board of directors at Thiên Tân Phát Food Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of a quality management system in the operation, inspection, supervision, and product acceptance process during production as a decisive factor in product quality. For many years, the company has continuously invested in improving the system to keep up with the latest trends. Currently, the company has more than 50 young, dynamic, and professionally trained engineers to perform quality control tasks for all stages of the production process, ensuring stability in quality and absolute safety.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT ASSEMBLY LINE
Managing input materials is the first checkpoint in the quality control process of the quality management department. The main task of the team is to receive raw materials, packaging, and supplies according to the prescribed standards, screening to eliminate inputs that do not meet the requirements, ensuring the finished products achieve the best quality and meet the timely needs of production.
CERTIFICATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The collective quality management staff of the product assembly line always ensures strict control in the production process, meeting the stringent requirements of international standards such as ISO 22000:2005, BRC, Kosher, Halal, etc. The team consists of a large number of members distributed throughout all areas, ensuring that each stage of production is safely monitored.
